For nearly a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate those moments with confidence, clarity, and a steady hand. I’ve spent my entire career with Homes of Idaho, building lasting relationships and a reputation for doing more.
I bring heart, hustle, and grit to every deal. I like to say I’m a problem-solver by nature and a hands-on, get-it-done kind of guy—if something needs attention beyond the fine print, I’m in. Real estate can be stressful, and my goal is simple: make it feel manageable, clear, and handled.
Next Chapter Real Estate Group was built on the belief that the little things matter. Clear communication, honesty (even when it’s uncomfortable), and actually showing up for clients shouldn’t be optional—they should be expected and it’s our standard. We’re people-focused, relationship-driven, and committed to helping clients move forward with confidence.
Outside of real estate, I’m a total family guy with three teenagers. If you see me out and about, there’s a good chance I’m with my kids—or posted up at a volleyball tournament or wrestling match. Family keeps me grounded, and it’s a big reason I care so much about helping others build their next chapter, too.
We work hard, take responsibility, and enjoy the process along the way. Because buying or selling a home is a big deal—but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

Hi, I’m Dana — a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving the Treasure Valley. I began my real estate career in California and have continued to grow it here in Idaho, bringing with me over four years of experience. My passion for real estate started even earlier, when I purchased my first home at just 23. I know firsthand how empowering (and overwhelming) the process can be.
I genuinely love helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions, whether that means finding the perfect first home, upsizing, downsizing, or selling a place full of memories. At home, I’m known as “the finder of all things” — and I bring that same superpower to my work, helping buyers find the home that fits just right.
In addition to working with clients, I also provide agent support, training, and transaction coordination. Helping others succeed in this business is something I’m deeply passionate about, and it’s a privilege to be a resource for fellow agents in their careers.
My approach is down-to-earth, client-first, and detail-focused. I believe in honest communication, strong relationships, and delivering results — all while keeping the process as stress-free as possible.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outside — swimming, walking my dog, gardening, or at my son’s sports games. I’m a proud plant lover and someone who thrives on creativity, whether it's through crafting or DIY projects. That creative energy often carries over into my work, giving me fresh ideas and perspective.

After graduating in 2006 with a B.A. in Ethics from CLU, I found my way to Real Estate after a career in project management for a major Bio-Tech Company and two Litigation firms. I am deeply rooted in the First Responder Family, with retired LEO parents and a Fire Captain Husband. I am also a proud generational Military Family member of servicemen and women spanning all branches.
My husband and I have three beautiful children and two dogs. When I'm not working with clients, I can be found on the fields and in the stands cheering on our kids in their various sports activities or volunteering in the community.
